To ensure systematic collection and use of student and stakeholder feedback through surveys for continuous quality improvement in teaching, learning and graduate outcomes.
Applies to all Higher Education courses, students, and relevant staff involved in survey administration and quality improvement processes.
The College will conduct and participate in surveys that provide actionable insights for enhancing student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
Survey data will be analyzed, reported, and acted upon in accordance with this policy.
The College will participate in the following:
External Surveys run by QILT (Quality Indicators of Learning and Teaching)
Additional external surveys from any source if approved by the Dean of Studies or the Principal
Internal Surveys:
These internal surveys are conducted by the College.

External Surveys:
When QILT survey results (GOS, GOS-L, SES, EES) are received, the Dean of Studies will:
This report will be submitted to the Learning, Teaching and Research Committee (LTR) within six weeks of survey results for review. LTR will critically review the recommendations before forwarding to the Academic Board for approval.
Internal Surveys:
All other internal survey summaries, with recommended actions are compiled by the Dean of Studies and submitted to the LTR for critical review and endorsement within 6 weeks before Academic Board consideration. SPUD results by individual unit-delivery are reported to AICs and Course Coordinators for critical reflection, informing AIC end-of-semester critical reflection and contributing to Annual Course Reviews.
Data Governance: All survey data handled in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), associated regulations and the College Privacy Policy.
