This report will be submitted to the Learning, Teaching and Research Committee (LTR) within six weeks of survey results for review. LTR will critically review the recommendations before forwarding to the Academic Board for approval.

Internal Surveys:

  • Early-SPUD results are provided to the Academic-in-Charge (AIC) and Course Coordinators for formative feedback and early teaching adjustments.

All other internal survey summaries, with recommended actions are compiled by the Dean of Studies and submitted to the LTR for critical review and endorsement within 6 weeks before Academic Board consideration. SPUD results by individual unit-delivery are reported to AICs and Course Coordinators for critical reflection, informing AIC end-of-semester critical reflection and contributing to Annual Course Reviews.
